It feels like just yesterday we rescued our 10 dachshunds from that dreadful breeding facility/slaughterhouse site and yet here we have number 10 looking for his forever home ❤️

Bracken was recused in October 2024 and is now ready for his next chapter with some lovely pawrents. Read on to see if this could be you…

He was one of 500 dogs liberated from a slaughterhouse and breeding facility. He is a young boy, estimated around 1 year old, and our last weight recorded for him was 7kg.

Bracken is neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated and tested for a variety of diseases including brucellosis. There are no health issues to note.

As you can see, he loves nothing more than cuddling up in the arms of the volunteers at KDS and seems to be a very happy, healthy, friendly. little lad.

We are hoping to bring him home at the end of this month, funds allowing ✈️

Criteria for adoption:

-You must have a secure private garden directly accessed from your property

-No children under 7

-No cats

-You must be able to collect him from either South Mimms, Cobham or Trowell.

-You must have patience and understand that it can take a rescue dog 3 months (sometimes more) to settle in your home.

-£600 adoption fee due 14 days before confirmed flight.
